(More customer reviews)This is not the complete mini-series but instead only part one of three. Amazon does not carry the other two which you need to purchase from independent sellers, if available. I recommend importcds that carries both. I regretfully found this out after purchasing the DVD since Amazon fails to mention this very important fact.
The quality is not bad at all. The acting is superb and very accurate to history as Hollywood can be although it is a bit too sympathetic to a despot as Mussolini. All Star Cast and very well done. I would give the series 5 stars for that.
It is an import but the quality is about VHS quality and very acceptable. There are two other versions available through Amazon. One is of terrible quality at about $30.00 although it is complete. The second one is Region 2 which will not play in most DVD players in the U.S.
Perhaps someone will produce this excellent mini-series in the near future since this is one of George C. Scott's best performances, but you cannot go bad with this version if you get the other 2 parts.
